Serendipity3 in Manhattan is bringing back its $200 plate of French fries for July 13th, National French Fry Day. The delectable treat is made with Chipperbeck potatoes, Dom Perignon Champagne, cage-free goose fat, truffle oil, shaved black summer truffles from Italy, and a topping of 23-karat edible gold crust, among other lavish ingredients. The dish is officially called the Creme de la Creme Pommes Frites.
