Robert: Remains of missing man found in Paradise

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary have confirmed the identity of human remains discovered in Paradise earlier this week as those belonging to Trevor “Pepsis” Hamlyn.

Hamlyn went missing in 2018. Since then, few answers have been given regarding his disappearance.

“After four long years, we can finally say Trevor has been found and we are able to get the closure we desperately need,” his family says in a statement.

The remains were discovered this past Monday by a man walking his dog in the area of Three Island Pond.

The cause of death has not been determined.
