Hugh: Fancy Feast Releases Cookbook of Cat Food-Inspired Dishes for People, Will Serve Them at Pop-Up Restaurant

For two evenings, you can dine like a cat in New York City. Fancy Feast will be serving cat food-inspired meals for two nights only at their pop up restaurant Gatto Bianco. Gatto Bianco, or White Cat, will be open for reservations starting August 4th. The restaurant will be open August 11th and 12th. Dishes include salmon, spare ribs, braised beef, lemon panna cotta, and almond cake. The eye-catching idea obviously isn’t for everyone, and the pop-up restaurant is exclusive enough that even some people who might be interested won’t be able to make it, so they’ve also released an online cookbook for free online, so you can whip up some of their recipes yourself.
