Stephen: Sounds of nature can help you sleep better

Using sleep apps to listen to nature sounds, like rain or crackling fire, or audio stories can help you get a half hour more of shut eye per night.
The Sussex University study involved 300 participants who were scored on their sleep habits and workplace productivity. 180 used the Unmind sleep app to help doze off.
Not only did the average length of sleep increase, but time taken to fall asleep decreased to less than 30 minutes, and productivity improved.
