According to data collected by an Australian website, Canada is the most popular relocation destination for people in 50 other countries, which leads all nations. Canada seems to be especially appealing to people in Africa, with several countries on the continent searching for information on moving to Canada over anywhere else. The great white north is also the top choice for people in China, India, Israel, Jamaica, Peru, Spain, and several others.

What other international destinations were popular around the world? Well after Canada leading the pack in 50 countries, second place goes to Japan, with 31. In fact, Japan is the country that Canadians look up information on moving to the most. The number three choice around the world is Spain, a favourite of 19 nations, number four is China with 15, and fifth place goes to France (11). Every other country in the world had less than ten places where they were the most-searched for place to move to. The United States wasn’t the favourite for any country.
