Widower suit against Disney may be thrown out because of Disney+ Trial

A lesson to always read the fine print. A man suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts may have his case thrown out because he signed up for a one-month trial of Disney+ back in 2019. Jeffrey Piccolo is suing Disney for the wrongful death of his wife. The lawsuit states that in, October 2023, Kanokporn Tangsuan passed away due to an allergic reaction she had while dining at Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs. However, court documents show that Disney is trying to dismiss the case, claiming that since Piccolo signed up for a trial of Disney+ in 2019, he is required to arbitrate all disputes with the company.
