Robert: Zellers reveals 25 new locations across Canada

After spending the last year teasing a comeback, Zellers has announced where they plan to re-open their iconic department stores.

Set to open within Hudson’s Bay locations across Canada this spring, the new Zellers will appear in the following cities:

(SPOILER: Newfoundland has been left out.)

The HBC says each location will be between 8000 and 10 000 square feet, and be stocked with home decor, toy, baby, clothing and pet products. Consumers will also be able to buy online through a new online store.

The Hudson’s Bay Company, which owns the Zellers brand, tested a possible resurgence of the retail store through a pop-up location in 2021, and announced plans to re-open Zeller stores in 2022.
