Hugh: Two-Thirds of Adults Say They Just Want a Decent Night’s Sleep for the Holidays

A new poll of 2,000 U.S. adults found that 66 percent, if they could, they’d beg Santa Claus for any product that could give them better sleep. Overall, 62 percent claim the winter holiday season is their busiest time of year in their lives.

The biggest contributors to a lack of sleep during the holidays include cooking and preparing meals, shopping stress, financial stress and having family over.
