Southwest Coast SPCA Span and Neuter Program

Cats can have up to three litters a year, while dogs can have up to two. This leads to thousands of unwanted, homeless, suffering cat and dogs in our province. The Southwest Coast SPCA is committed to reducing this program by offering their Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) to those who need it, funded by The Town of Stephenville (for their residents), as well as CanFel Foundation (for the remainder of the Bay St. George area).
