Newfoundland Women’s A Capella Chorus

Newfound Sound is a non-profit organization whose mission is “Empowering all women of all backgrounds, ages and music abilities to “Find Your Voice”, through education, friendship, and 4-part barbershop harmony!” We offer a safe, supportive, inclusive environment for all who identify as female or non-binary who sing in the appropriate range. We support each individual in their personal journey to rediscover their joy and to improve mental health through singing.

Newfound Sound Women’s A Capella Chorus is starting rehearsals Wednesday September 10th 6:45 PM – 9 PM at St James United Church 330 Elizabeth Ave.

As an added bonus for new visitors we are offering 4-weeks starting September 10th – NO commitment, NO audition required, NO experience needed, NO fees.
