Karate Newfoundland and Labrador welcomes instructors from the St. Pierre & Miquelon Karate Club for a free Body Karate instruction session, Friday October 16th, 2026 at 6pm at the Reid Community Centre. Led by Celine from the St. Pierre & Miquelon Karate Club, Body Karate offers a chance to discover karate techniques through a dynamic, fun approach set to music. It’s a discipline where you learn to build self-confidence, push your boundaries, and improve all while having fun!
The session is free but donations are being accepted at the event which will be forwarded to a local women’s serving organization. Please register HERE for the event.
