Join staff from GoodLife Fitness, 141 Torbay Rd for fundraising events all month long to help Move 4 Kids, a charity which provides free physical activity and fitness programs for youth ages 12 to 21 that have autism or intellectual disabilities. From Monday, April 7th to Wednesday, April 16th, they will be holding a book fair. A silent auction will be held from Tuesday, April 22nd to Saturday, April 26th. Saturday, April 26th is also Move 4 Kids Day and those wishing to check it out can avail of GoodLife’s free day passes (one time use). All proceeds from these events will be donated to Move 4 Kids.
