Dementia is not a normal part of aging, yet over 700,000 Canadians and 10,100 Newfoundlanders and Labradorians are living with it. Alzheimer’s is the most common form of dementia. The Glovertown Dementia Friendly Community Committee and Alzheimer’s Society of NL invite you to an information session on dementia at the Alexander Bay Lions Club, Thursday Feb 6 at 7pm. This session is open to all, and tea and coffee will be served.
