The house from the 1985 adventure comedy The Goonies, starring Sean Astin and Josh Brolin, has hit the real estate market. As USA Today reports, the house located in Astoria, Oregon is up for $1.65 Million. In the years since the film, it has functioned as a tourist destination, visited by thousands of fans for the annual Goondocks festival. The house was built in 1896 and overlooks the Pacific northwest coast. The sellers are reportedly looking to sell to someone who is a fan of the film so, if you’ve ever wanted to live in the Goondocks, now is your chance.
