Bar prices at festivals can be very high, and audiences just have to pay the price. But one person at Lollapalooza, which took place in Chicago’s historic Grant Park last weekend (July 29th-August 1st), decided they didn’t want to pay the steep prices for booze. A man on Twitter named Vashon Jordan Jr. made a post about his plan, noting he figured out where the stage was going to be built, and a week or so before the event, strolled in and buried a bottle of vodka before the barriers went up. So all he had to do was remember where he buried his prize.
