Stephen: Bus driver charged, claims he didn’t know he ate weed gummies

A bus driver in Connecticut is being charged with 38 counts of reckless endangerment after blacking out while snacking on gummies. The gummies were infused with THC.

The driver, Jinhuan Chen, was on Interstate 95 in Connecticut when he stopped the bus on the side of the road. When police arrived, they found a high level of THC in his bloodstream. No one was injured, and Chen claims he did not realize the candies had THC in them.

Chen’s boss appears to believe his employee, saying he has a sweet tooth but does not drink or smoke.
