Robert: Vietnamese factory busted for recycling condoms

In general it’s a good idea for the environment to live by the three R’s. (Reduce, reuse, and recycle)

Except in this case..

A factory in Vietnam has been caught washing and reselling more than 320 000 used condoms, passing them them off as new.

According to police, the factory’s owner had roughly 1000 used condoms delivered each month where they were “cleaned” and “reshaped”. From there, the rubbers were re-packaged and sold.

During a raid on the facility, authorities seized a total of 324 000 used condoms. It is suspected that thousands more had already been sold.
