Robert: “Seinfeld”, “King of Queens” star Jerry Stiller passes away

Veteran comedian Jerry Stiller has passed away at the age of 92.

Stiller’s son, actor Ben Stiller, confirmed the news earlier today. “I’m sad to say that my father, Jerry Stiller, passed away from natural causes,” Stiller wrote. “He was a great dad and grandfather, and the most dedicated husband to Anne for about 62 years. He will be greatly missed. Love you Dad.”

The elder Stiller began his comedy career in the 50’s alongside his wife, Anne Meara. He would go on to have a long career in both film and television, including memorable roles as Frank Costanza on Seinfeld and Arthur Spooner on King of Queens.
