Robert: Newfoundland reports 9 new cases of COVID-19

Newfoundland and Labrador has 9 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 today.
There are 5 people in hospital due to COVID-19.
There were 10 new recoveries since the last update. Leaving is 46 active cases of COVID-19 in the province.
During today’s briefing, acting Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Rosann Seviour announced simultaneous flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics this fall. Public Health anticipates more influenza this year due to relaxed COVID-19 restrictions in comparison to last year.
