Robert: Kim Kardashian says she’s getting into the law game
Kim Kardashian West is following in the footsteps of her famous lawyer father.
In a recent interview, Kimmy K revealed she’s studying to take the bar exam and could become a lawyer as early as 2022. In between filming for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, working on her beauty line, she’s been working as an apprentice with a San Francisco–based law firm in order to gain the experience necessary to take the bar exam. She says she was inspired while she working to free Alice Marie Johnson from prison for a non-violent drug crime.
Kardashian’s father was well known lawyer Robert Kardashian, who famously was part of the the team representing O.J. Simpson.
While Kardashian West doesn’t have an undergraduate or law degree, the state of California allows a person to become a lawyer if they pass the bar exam after a four-year apprenticeship with a lawyer or judge.
