Worlds are colliding!

On Wednesday, two of the biggest boy bands from the 90’s are teasing their fans with the possibility of working together. Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and *NSYNC member Lance Bass appeared on Instagram Live casually mentioned an “exciting new project” with A.J. McLean and Joey Fatone.

“Since it is Pride Month, I guess we can kind of tease something,” Carter said. “What we’re talking about doing…We can’t give away too much. So basically, Lance, Joey, myself, A.J. maybe, we’re just going to say we’re going to be doing something special. We’re going to announce it in the next week…And it’s going to be huge. It’s going to be really big and we’re really excited.”

Bass jumped in to add, “We’re doing it for Pride, which will be really good.”

During the conversation, they also shared their favorite songs from each other’s groups. Bass admitted to loving “The Call”, while Carter wished BSB could call “I Want You Back” their’s.
