This pup from Alberta is using her unique talent for a good cause.

Megan Bolen of Medicine Hat, Alberta says when her dog Rogan started painting, she had no idea it would become a worldwide phenomena.

“It’s very surreal to be talking to people about my painting dog. Like it still doesn’t feel real. I’m sending my dog’s paintings to Hong Kong. That’s very surreal.” She said.

Since learning how to paint, Rogan’s pieces have been donated to local charities in southern Alberta. However, Rogan’s most recent work is being donated to a greater cause.

The Tripawds Foundation is auctioning off paintings from pets the world over, supporting cats and dogs who have been diagnosed with cancer.

“These paintings are coming from the U.K., all across Canada, one from Australia, one from Scotland and in the United States.” Said Tripawds co-founder Jim Nelson.

The Tripawds art auction takes place on June 13th.
