Provincial Government unveils plan to phase in services

Today, the Provincial Government of Newfoundland & Labrador unveiled its plan to phase in services as the province continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. “We adjust to a future that is a new normal” said Premier Dwight Ball. “This virus … will affect how we live our lives going forward.” Life with Covid-19: A foundation for living with COVID-19.

Newfoundland and Labrador will be using a Five level plan rather than a phased plan. Currently we are in level five and will move to level four on May 11th, except for the following measure which is in effect immediately: As of today you can join your bubble with one other bubble (both parties of the bubbles must agree to join and not join other bubbles).

The following public health measures must still be upheld
