Province Reaches Eighth Straight Day With No New COVID-19 Cases
Announced Saturday afternoon, there are no new cases of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador for an eighth straight day. There are also no active cases, which means the new case from late last week has recovered. Since yesterday’s release of numbers, 235 more people have been tested, bringing the total number of tested people to 21,824. With the Atlantic Bubble now in its third week, there have been no detected cases in Newfoundland and Labrador connected to travel between the four provinces. The next video health briefing will be held on Wednesday.
