Hugh: Province Records 23 New COVID-19 Cases, No Hospitalizations

We didn’t expect any new COVID-19 updates from the province over the weekend, but given the higher number of cases recently, a short update was given via Twitter. The Department of Health and Community Services announced that there have been 23 new cases of COVID-19 in Newfoundland and Labrador since Friday’s update. 5 are in the Eastern Health region, 16 in Central Health, and 2 are in the Western Health region. There is also no one in hospital with the virus.
