Here’s something we haven’t seen since March 2020. The Canadian government has lifted its advisory against non-essential international travel. For almost two years, the Government of Canada website had displayed the notice, which has how been replaced with a message urging all travelers to be fully vaccinated before taking a trip. For many, it comes as a welcome relief that they can get back to something they love doing, while others may choose to be cautious for a little longer. The new statements warns that even though you may be fully vaccinated, there is a risk you could still contract COVID-19. It also recommends checking information on your destination when it comes to local laws, health measures, hazards, and entry/exit requirements.
