Hugh: 63% of People in Relationships Get Nervous When Their Partner is Driving

Buckle up! Summertime is road trip season, but who’s doing the driving? If you prefer to do the driving yourself, you’re certainly not alone. According to a recent survey, a majority of people (53%) say they either “always” or “often” feel nervous about someone else’s decisions behind the wheel. 60 percent of respondents say they keep an eye on the speedometer when on board as a passenger.

Sure, if you’re not used to being in a vehicle with a particular driver that makes sense, but what if it’s your partner? It turns out, we’re even more nervous when it’s a significant other in the driver’s seat. 63% of people in relationships admit they get nervous when their partner is driving. What about you?
